  • Hold a Bachelor's degree, 2.5 GPA with an interest and passion for teaching Math, Science, Special Education, Foreign Language or Career & Technical Education?
  • Are you unsure of the specific steps to get started, testing routes, and what specific certification tests or programs are available?

Please join us on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 from 5:30 - 6:30 pm for an Information Session, "Steps to Teaching," to be held at the J. Alvin Wilbanks Instructional Support Center, Building #200 (2nd floor) in the Grayson Room

The Gwinnett County Public Schools Human Resources and Talent Management Team will be there to answer your questions, provide tips to get started, routes to certification, and steps to complete your online employment application.

  • Those eligible to teach must first hold a Bachelor's degree with a 2.5 GPA from an accredited college or university.
  • Those who hold a Bachelor's degree earned outside of the US must have transcripts evaluated by an official evaluating agency.
